Backers who haven't got surveys should first double check your spam filter. If it's not there, you can also retrieve your survey here. Just use the email address you used on Kickstarter to access it.
One quick and important thing I wanted to mention about guidebooks and card pouches!! If you ordered a 3rd edition deck, you are automatically receiving both a physical and a digital copy of this guidebook, so there is no need to add another guidebook to your order! The separate guidebook add-ons (both physical + digital) are for folks who already own a previous edition of this deck and just want the book without the cards and box. The Traveler's Edition does come with a digital guidebook, too, but no physical copy, so the separate physical book add-on could be a good option for anyone who is only getting the lil deck.
If you are a Kickstarter backer who ordered either the 3rd edition OR the Traveler's Edition, you will be receiving a card pouch with each deck free of charge! The separate add-on is for Kickstarter folks who want more than the one pouch per deck, or for anyone who didn't order a deck on Kickstarter who wants one :) If you missed the Kickstarter and are pre-ordering on Backerkit, the card pouch may be added on to your order, but it's an additional fee.

Phew!! Finally got all the kinks worked out over at the Backerkit, so I've just sent out a "smoke test" to a random 5% of our backers. This tests the surveys to be sure that I haven't missed anything before they all get released. Let's hope everything works great 🤞🤞
If you have received your survey, please consider filing it out now to help me test it!! You can always go back and edit it later, so don't worry too much about accuracy (like if you're moving but don't have your new address yet).
I'll give the smoke test a couple of hours, then send out the rest and launch the pre-order store! Another update announcing that is to follow ✨
Thank you all again so much for your patience with the surveys. This was the most complicated version of my Backerkit set up I've done. In the long-run, the extra time should save headaches down the road, but it was unexpectedly complicated. So, thank you 🙏🙏

Hi again, you wonder and patient Kickstarter people!
I'm still working out kinks with Backerkit, some of which requires editing their website's code to debug some things. I am so sorry this is taking so long!!
It feels like it should be just a matter of migrating the pledge levels and addons, but since I'm selling things with many, MANY options (as there are 80 images to choose from for altar cards, linocut prints, giclee prints, tees, and hand colored prints), this requires me to create SKUs (stock keeping units) to make fulfillment smoother and more organized. Otherwise it's a chaotic mess come fulfillment time. SO, if you pledged for the 4 altar card tier, this is what creating the survey for that looks like:
Multiply that by 4, then do it again for the Kickstarter add-on (which is a separate set of questions), then do it AGAIN for the pre-order store (again, separate questions). This is JUST for the 4 altar cards. Not the single ones. Can't just copy-paste all them SKUs all at once into the fields, either, cause that would be too easy. You can only manually input the SKUs one at a time.
SO after a sold week of alternating between working on this for 18 hours straight and curling up in a ball of burn-out the next day, I've found a bug where half the SKUs I spent hours setting up aren't showing up in the fields, and instead are auto-deleted when I try to add them. So I'm kind of at an impasse until they fix the website. It's been insanely frustrating, but I'm sooooo close.
Just wanted y'all to know I'm not sitting on my hands here!! I'll report back as soon as I we're ready to send out smoke tests.

Hi Kickstarter!
Wanted to send out a quick update to let y'all know I've been working tirelessly all week to get the surveys completed and the pre-order store running. I'm SO CLOSE, but there are a couple of things that I need someone to do on BackerKit's end before I can launch. I'm so sorry to make you wait, but it really shouldn't be much longer! Hoping for later today, but they may not be in the office until Monday.
It is now 5:30 am and I've been working since noon, so I'm getting my butt in bed! Expect another update in the next 48 hours :)

Salutations, Kickstarter compadres! Wanted to reach out and touch base with everyone before this month is up. Doesn’t it feel like we’re on day 56 of January??
I paid the deposit for both the 3rd Edition and Traveler’s Edition earlier on in the month. Yay! But then promptly fell apart at the seams. Boo!
whoopsie poopsie!
Don’t know about anyone else, but January is always a tough month for me. After pushing so hard through the holidays and this Kickstarter, I just ran out of steam.
Thankfully, I’m now fully rested and getting my butt back on the horse!
Currently I’m putting all my energy towards setting everything up over on BackerKit. There’s been A LOT of data entry and days spent staring at the screen until my eyes bleed, but I’m aiming to be done with it next week.
Once it goes live, everyone who backed this campaign will receive an email with a link to your survey. You can edit your pledge then! For everyone else who missed out on the campaign, you’ll be able to pre-order through BackerKit then :)
Printing is still a few weeks off since tomorrow marks the start of Chinese New Year! Every year, the printers get a good amount of much needed time off for the holiday. It’s 🐍🐍🐍 the year of the snake! Happy Lunar New Year! 🧧🧧
